Reaper 4.21 (Mac OS 64bit) crashes everytime I try to add a VST Waves v9 REQ-6 stereo onto a stereo track

2).Create a new track (either double clicking or dragging a stereo file onto the timeline)
3).Click on the FX button
4). Select VST -> Waves REQ 6 (stereo)
5). Click Add
